Instagram Love #10

This week I am sending you over to @hey_jules-studio.  I love the colour compilations that have been created out of everyday items.  It is a great way to remind yourself that actually your life is probably far more colourful than you think it is.

For this week's Instagram Love I am sending you over to @LINESACROSS.  I discovered LINESACROSS via I Spy DIY and their colour study posts.
Each colour study is a collection of items based on a particular colour put together to create a piece of art work.  This week it is the colour pink.

For this weeks Instagram Love I am sending you over to the amazing candy-colored minimalist @mattcrump.  If you love all things colourful you will love this Instagram feed.  I particularly like this mural made from plastic spoons.

Instagram Love #7

For this weeks Instagram Love I am sending you over to the @oh.hello.anne .  I am not too sure how I originally found Oh.Hello.Anne, but as soon as I saw her work I was awe struck.  Her work is totally amazing.  I remember being given some quilling sets for Christmas when I was younger.  I loved it, curling little strips of paper up to make cute little flower and butterflies.  Mine always got a bit messy.  Oh.Hello.Anne has made me think about having another go at it.  Go check her out her work is beautiful.

For this weeks Instagram Love I am sending you over to @hellosaratramp.  I love Sara's use of colour and hand drawn graphics.  Sara's instagram feed makes me smile.

I just love this instagram feed.  It is so bright and colourful.  Show me anyone who doesn't love a good doughnut, I know I am a sucker for a Krispy Kreme.  Check out the fab picture with matching nails.  

If you happen to buy any doughnuts then you can join in with #theloveofdonuts.  Talking of doughnuts we had a box of Krispy Kreme's at work the other day and they were delicious.

Instagram Love #4

For this weeks instagram love I am sending you over to @caroline_south.  I am totally blown away by Caroline's fantastic photos.  Her ability to turn what most people would see as rubbish from a beach walk into a piece of art is truly amazing.  Caroline's feed is consistent with great composition and use of colour.  If I am totally honest when looking at Caroline's feed I have a touch of the green eyed monster (all in a good way of course).  I would love to possess the ability to create photos that look half as amazing as Caroline's.

Instagram Love #3

For this weeks Instagram Love I am sending you over to the amazing @capturebylucy.  I originally came across Lucy and her amazing blog through Brit Mums Live 2014 and since then I have developed a bit of a crush on Lucy's instagram feed.  It is always so bright, colourful and inspirational.

Lucy is currently running a #springtimesurpriseproject.  "A project to send and receive Spring cheer".  It's such a lovely idea.  You can also participate in Lucy's weekly #capturingcolour.

Instagram Love #2

This week my Instagram Love is taking us in search of colour.

Here are four of my favourite feeds, I have picked them on the basis that they inspire me daily with their vibrant use of colour.

I just love everything about @aww.sam not only has she got a fab instagram feed she has a pretty awesome Etsy shop too.  

@sugarandcloth is bright and colourful.  I think I might need to get this amazing watermelon cooler bag.

I have been a fan of Mr Bazaar for a while now and even have his book.  I love his ability to find colour in everything.  @brightbazaar

Full of colourful pictures of their latest crafting / DIY projects. @aprettycoollife.

I love finding great new instagram feeds.  I get lost clicking on a link and following it ending up who knows where.  If you have a great instagram feed you would like to share why not drop me a line.

Be inspired by instagram - #1

I have been a fan of instagram for a while now.  You can find me on my new account @adomesticloveaffair or on my old account @mummy_mimi.

I love the fact you have the opportunity to take a snap shot of your life at a particular moment and instantly upload it creating a visual storyboard.

I also love the fact that anything goes, from holidays and beach shots to fashion shoots, food styling, baking, crafting and general everyday coming and goings.

I have discovered a community of amazing designers and artists who I find inspirational on a daily basis.  On those nights when I have been woken numerous times by the girls and can not get back to sleep you will find me on instagram.

Here are four of my favourite instagram feeds.

When I was younger I used to love origami but over the years I had forgotten all about it until I discovered @Origami_est.  Origami_est is just divine, producing a range of origami ornaments, lampshades and fairy lights.

I just love the styling of @awhitestyle.  An Australian Mummy this is the story of their house and lives through the instagram lens. 

I just adore the styling of @5ftinf photos.  The beautifully orchestrated photos.  Each photo tells its own story.  

I love @tomyk_  His instagram feed is full of bright colour inspiring combinations and patterns.  His feed is bright and cheerful and certain to add a smile to your face on a dreary grey UK winters morning.
